I work remotely via phone or Skype with my clients. Between appointments, we stay in touch via email. Distance is no obstacle – I’m here to help you!

As a Nutritional Therapist, I work with you to bring balance to your body. Using food as medicine, I will teach you to nourish yourself with high quality, nutrient-dense foods.

I typically focus our time on the following five foundations of optimal health. Once these five areas are in balance, most people feel stronger, healthier and more vital.

Optimal Health

Initial Session

A typical first session includes the following:

  • A detailed family medical history;
  • Evaluation of your three-day food journal;
  • Evaluation of an online Nutritional Analysis Questionnaire; and
  • Detailed nutrition and supplement recommendations.

In between sessions, you can expect to receive email support including answering questions, providing recipes and directing you to other resources as needed.

Follow-up Sessions

At each follow-up session, we will discuss how you feel, evaluate another food journal and provide additional recommendations to keep you on the path towards healing.
